HIT Welcome Wagon #2
This card also uses an image from the #97 HIT Mermaids (8x10) sheet. You can't really tell in this pic but I rubbed silver metallic paste over the cuttlebugged paper and it gave a really pretty faux metal look. Much prettier in person. The mermaid is embossed with SU silver embossing powder.
