I used Kraft on the top of the heart and Vintage Silver Lustre on the dress and edged the bodice with Flower Soft.
The other side of the "card" is a tux. I used Retro Black Glossy Lustre on the tux.
I added more black & white ribbon to this side but forgot to take a pic. Covers up the jump ring more.
This is the inside of the chipboard card. The sentiment is printed on Pearl Vellum. I swear this is the prettiest vellum I have ever seen. I painted this side with Pearl Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber and stamped the Baroque Motif flourish with Memento Tuxedo Black.

Beautiful projects Debby - that paper from PaperTemptress works wonderfully to showcase your work!
Oh my, beautiful! Thanks for the comment on my blog. The 'thingy' as you refer to it as is a flower frog - used to hold flowers in place in vases - perhaps an antique?
Oh my gosh, this is the coolest! TFS!
Wow, this is beautiful, Debby! I love the sentiment, too.
