Chipboard Project

I had this $1 heart shaped chipboard from Michaels that I really wasn't sure what I was going to do with, then when I received these gorgeous papers from Patricia the Paper Temptress this is what popped in to my wee little brain.

I used Kraft on the top of the heart and Vintage Silver Lustre on the dress and edged the bodice with Flower Soft.
The other side of the "card" is a tux. I used Retro Black Glossy Lustre on the tux.
I added more black & white ribbon to this side but forgot to take a pic. Covers up the jump ring more.

This is the inside of the chipboard card. The sentiment is printed on Pearl Vellum. I swear this is the prettiest vellum I have ever seen. I painted this side with Pearl Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dabber and stamped the Baroque Motif flourish with Memento Tuxedo Black.

Hope you like it. Thanks for looking!

Oh my, beautiful! Thanks for the comment on my blog. The 'thingy' as you refer to it as is a flower frog - used to hold flowers in place in vases - perhaps an antique?
