Splat!
Using the Alcohol Ink Splatter technique by Tim Holtz and images from Send in the Clowns by Artistic Outpost. The paper for the splat technique is Ultra High Gloss from PaperTemptress. The base is SU Tempting Turquoise. Not sure if you can tell but I also used the Spellbinders polka dot frame using the embossed and not cutting out the center. The balloons are from an EK Success punch.
