I like this card it is really neat and I love the colors you used!
My white ink does that too. I say its a defect with the ink NOT artist error. bbbwwwaaaahhhhaaaahhhhhaaaaa Love this card btw!!!
My white ink always smears too. Did you try heat setting it? That's supposed to work, but I've never really tried it. The card is still great though!
