Break out that sandpaper and/or those emery boards. It is time to de-stress and distress with Gingersnap Creations. The challenge this week is Sandpaper. I used my sandpaper sanding back and forth on the top of the textured paper from Coredinations. Gave it that wonderful old fashioned look and feel. I also used sandpaper on the edges of my image and background layer.
The Santa image from Hearts In Touch Christmas 2009 sheet and is stamped with Ranger Fired Brick Distress Ink on SU Ivory CS. "Believe" is inked with a marker (some random maker) and stamped on the Coredination paper. The "Believe" is part of a larger sentiment from the Hearts in Touch Christmas 2009 sheet. I did fill in the flourish at the left of the B wih marker. Quite an accomplishment for me. I am quite notorious for messing things up that way. Patterned papers are Basic Grey from the Wassail collection.
