Gingersnap Creations Challenge

Every Wednesday is a new challenge at Gingernsap Creations where there is tons of art to drool over and be inspired by. This week's challenge is GC59: Random Redhead Challenge - Fairies.
Many of you know I have been rather slumped and many of you know why. I love these fairy's from the #100 Marjolein Fairy Art plate from Hearts In Touch and usually i would add many layers and this time i felt simple was best. By the way, Hearts In Touch has a fabulous Victorian bellie packet on sale this month which you can find here. Email Frances at for free shipping. Tell her I sent ya ;)

I stamped the image with black Versafine on some dp, sorry don't know what, and clear embossed. Surprised? The phrase "a fairy is near" is actually a portion of a phrase included with the rubber. The image is layered on Mica/Metallic Flame and Serpentine from Paper Temptress. Don't forget: Be Tempted @ Paper Temptress - Save 15% at Paper Temptress by entering the following code db15.  No clue where the hardware is from ;)

The challenge closes on July 18, 2010 7 Ginger Gems will be chosen to be showcased on the Gingersnap Creations blog.

For a chance to be eligible as a Ginger Gem or as a Home Page Artist please visit Gingersnap Creations.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek. I truly appreciate each and every one of you!

This looks so elegant, love the background and it doesn't want anything else doing to it, it's perfect as it is
